DELIVERIES ARE NORMALLY MADE BETWEEN 8.30am – 5.30pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY. OUT OF HOURS DELIVERIES CAN BE ARRANGED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE TO BE AGREED.

THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE DRIVER SO EXTRA HELP WILL BE REQUIRED TO OFFLOAD. DELIVERIES ARE TO KERBSIDE ONLY FOR INSURANCE REASONS. PLEASE CHECK ALL ITEMS FOR ANY DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY , NOTES SIGNED UNCHECKED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Stock items are normally despatched the same day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days within the UK mainland.
Joinery items will be manufactured and delivered approximately 7-10 days from receipt of your order you will be advised a delivery date at this time.

For out of stock items we will advise you by e-mail on the progress of your order and the likely delivery date.
Please note due to the fragile nature of shop equipment items please check all items upon delivery for any sign of damage, once goods are signed for universal accept no claim for damage or shortages once the driver has left your store.
Notes signed unchecked cannot be accepted for any claims against the carrier

All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us upon delivery whilst the driver is on site. Any items not received must be advised upon delivery whilst the driver is still on site. We will not be responsible for any non delivered items after this time or failure to advise us accordingly.

Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.

Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries can be arranged but these will be charged at the couriers cost over and above the standard delivery charge

There will only be one driver so extra help will be required upon delivery.
Deliveries are to kerbside only for insurance reasons.
